Olympic Color Rods Shipping Policy As our products are sold by weight, we are unable to calculate shipping costs until your order is fully packed and ready to ship. We will post your final product weights, shipping charges and order total, along with your FedEx Tracking Number to your order. You may find this information in the My Orders section of our website. Our preferred shipping method is Federal Express. We have arranged discounted rates with Federal Express and are able to pass those savings along to our customers. However, if another shipping method is requested we will be happy to accommodate the request if possible (please note: for your protection, we will not use any shipping method that does not provide a tracking service). FedEx shipments to a residential address do not require a signature and will be left at the shipping address, even if unattended, unless signature service is requested by the customer. There is no additional fee for this service. Olympic Color Rods is not liable for lost packages. Olympic Color Rods cannot be responsible for your package once it leaves our facility. However, we will be happy to coordinate any claims with the shipper for damaged or lost packages. In the event of a damaged package, please retain the box and all shipping materials in case the shipper requires inspection of the shipment. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customers are responsible paying all duties and taxes to the shipper. They are not part of your order total. A $25 service charge will be assessed in addition to the duties and tax total if OCR is required to re-bill the customer for these fees. The credit card used for the original order will be automatically charged for these fees and service charges if the shipper is not paid directly. We are happy to accommodate requests for shipping via the Postal Service using Global Express Mail, however please be aware that due to the complexity of the GEM process, a handling fee of $10 per package will be assessed. |
