Ordering Information and Policies

At Olympic Color Rods, we pride ourselves on superior customer service, quality merchandise, and low prices. Our goal is your satisfaction. For your convenience, we offer American Express®, VISA®, MasterCard®, and Discover® credit card payment options; 48-hour shipment of items in stock; backorders ship upon receipt of goods from the factory, and no restocking charges on merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase.

As advertised by other Glass Color Suppliers, Olympic Color Rods DOES NOT apply a 8% Exchange Rate Surcharge to your order subtotals. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 800-445-7742.

Ordering Policies

• The minimum order is 1/4 kilogram for rod, 1/2 kilogram for powders or frit.
• Orders are priced by actual weight. The weight may vary from your ordered quantity by as much as 1/4 kilo either way. Totals provided in your Order Confirmation are estimates only.
• Fax orders gladly accepted.
• Zimmermann, Gaffer™ and Reichenbach colors can be combined for quantity discounts.
• Discount apply only to rods, frits, and powders.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays resulting from the customer's credit card authorization issues.

Payment

• Cash, checks, American Express®, VISA®, MasterCard®, and the Discover Card®. A $30 fee is assessed on ALL returned checks.
• Businesses and individuals operating in the State of Washington must provide a resale tax certificate to purchase wholesale.

Shipping

• Items in stock are shipped with 48 business hours of receipt of order Monday through Friday. Please note that we are not open on weekends.
• For Overnight, Two Day, and Three Day Select shipping, please call before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
• Shipping and Handling charges are additional.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted 30 days from date of shipment without a restocking fee. Product must be in original containers with factory labels. Rods must be marked with color number. Damaged goods and unlabeled materials will not be accepted for credit. NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Returns over 30 days from date of shipment will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Returns NOT PURCHASED from OCR will be assessed a 30% restock fee or will be returned to the sender at customer expense.
• You must call for a Return Authorization before returning any product. After receiving and weighing your merchandise, Olympic Color Rods will issue a credit towards your next order.
• If the color you purchase fails the trident seal test with your clear glass, you have 90 days to exchange the color for a REPLACEMENT. Make sure you test each color prior to production. Test samples must be submitted before any return is authorized.

Back Orders

• If an item is back ordered, we will notify you either by telephone or by placing a comment on your order.
• Shipping charges will be applied when back orders are shipped.
