IMPORTANT NOTE FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers are responsible paying all duties and taxes to the shipper. They are not part of your order total. A $25 service charge will be assessed in addition to the duties and tax total if OCR is required to re-bill the customer for these fees. The credit card used for the original order will be automatically charged for these fees and service charges if the shipper is not paid directly.

We are happy to accommodate requests for shipping via the Postal Service using Global Express Mail, however please be aware that due to the complexity of the GEM process, a handling fee of $10 per package will be assessed.

The following items are USA made goods and duty free. NAFTA certificates for each item available upon request, and shipped with every order.

Shipping

In addition, because we primarily ship Fed Ex, you can save anywhere from $20 to $80 on your order as opposed to paying the higher rates that other brokerage firms offer. (See comparison chart below)

More Shipping Details

• Quoted prices are based on 3-day shipping rates that can vary slightly based on Province
• We ship orders (items in stock) within 48 hours of receipt of order.
• For Overnight, Two Day, and Three Day Select shipping, please call before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
• Shipping charges are additional.
• Orders can ship COD by FEDERAL EXPRESS. A COD charge of $9.50 will be added to each shipment.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted 30 days from date of shipment without a restocking fee. Product must be in original containers with factory labels. Rods must be marked with color number. Damaged goods and unlabeled materials will not be accepted for credit. NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Returns over 30 days from date of shipment will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Returns NOT PURCHASED from OCR will be assessed a 30% restock fee or will be returned to the sender at customer expense.
• You must call for a Return Authorization before returning any product. After receiving and weighing your merchandise, Olympic Color Rods will issue a credit towards your next order.
• If the color you purchase fails the trident seal test with your clear glass, you have 90 days to exchange the color for a REPLACEMENT. Make sure you test each color prior to production. Test samples must be submitted before any return is authorized.
