OLYMPIC COLOR RODS BACK ORDER POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

OCR’s goal is to maintain a level of inventory that will eliminate the necessity of back orders. However, back orders will occur from time to time due to manufacturers production schedules.

We will notify you of the backorder status and any alternatives available by one of the following methods depending on your shipping choice:

GROUND SHIPPING: We will place a comment on your order and change the line item status to ‘backordered.” If there are alternatives available, we will include the information in the comment and hold your order for two days, or until we hear from you, whichever is earlier.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: We will call the number given on your order information. If we are unable to reach you by 2:00 PST, we will ship the order as is and place a comment on your order as above.

We will ship backordered items as soon as possible after they are received by OCR. Items received within 30 days of their order date will be automatically shipped with no notification. For items that have been outstanding beyond thirty days, we will contact you to determine if the item is still desired.

All backordered items will be shipped FEDEX GROUND, unless requested otherwise. A flat rate of $5.00 will be charged for backorder shipping (Fedex Ground, up to five items or 15 pounds, domestic USA only).
